I have visited this site many times looking for that magical light that occurs sometimes. Having originally photographed this image in color, I soon saw the potential in black and white and have come to like this version better. I still come back to this area still looking for more opportunities to photograph it and perhaps one day I will have a color version that I will be happy with.
There's something so magical, almost haunting about places like this. I never tire of repeat visits to my favorite places either. They seem untouched by the hands of time and yet different with the sun, clouds and sky of each day and season. Nice work.
